Is the bolt spacing for Boxxer direct mount stems the same as the Fox 40?

I dig em, been running direct mount for about 5 years now, never had a problem or had to replace a stem.
Used to run marz DM, now I've got a Sunline on a Boxer, tis the awesome and very stiff for its weight.
