Thanks for reminding of that era. My dad has a classic 1985 Guercotti in his basement he never uses. Frames from that era as they say…just have that feel. Would like to think he will pass it on to me and I can give it a good home.

just go take it . . . he'll never know .

i picked this up off craigslist last fall for $40

added

• my old brooks saddle;
• a little six-pack rack;
• some classic esge fenders;
• oury grips; and
• a bullmoose bar, which is actually descently wide

angles are too slack to ride any distance but its a very comfortable around-town cruiser and dogwalker. and lots of fun today ripping around the delta watershed with my son

1995 Brodie Sovereign that I just picked up for my wife:

Believe it or not, the Syncros stem is actually more subtle than the one that I took off! Hopefully I can track down a nice old school short stem, and then probably a silver riser bar.

Thanks. I paid $300 which seemed like a good deal as the frame is in great condition and the Mag21 fork has the Brodie brace, plus the bike has a few other nice bits.
