Was the first gen the one with the round tube through the swingarm?

Yup, you could fit a can of Kokanee nicely in there.

I had a second generation Super 8 with Monster T's so I could huck my meat like the Superheroes.

One of my friends was in Superheroes. If you could part with it and send it to me I'll cover shipping. I'd like to surprise him with it.

hhhhhhhhhmmmmm could that be Brian "O" ?? seen him last Sunday at Bear Mtn . I used to ride with Neil he was one of the guys behind the Superheros .

I have a similar collection , I also have Warwick Patterson,s epic movie THE CIRCUS .

Brian had his old yellow S8 up until a couple years back , a buddy of mine still has his and a bunch of other parts and frames from the day .

I gotta get over to my Dad's place my brother has some of my old bikes stashed away there , I know my old CHEETA Prowler is in that collection with a broken swing arm and I think he has my old S-Works FSR that Neil who filmed the SUPERHEROS used to own back when he owned Royal City Bikes .

You're off by a decade. Late 90's, I'm guessing around '97.

yeah, joshua was 96-00. i had one of those as well. man, that was a piece of shit. not sure what i was thinking. felt ok when you were sitting down. as long as you weren't pedaling. of course, suspension designs were in their infancy and any squish was novel.

Side story… I stopped riding for 3 years, opened an indoor skatepark plus skateboard and bmx retail store, closed it down, missed riding too much and got back into it again. The time in which I stopped saw enduro racing and really good bikes come onto the scene, and I wanted a part of that!

Sorry for the shitty story folks.
