Coarse tune with clamp position fine tune with length of straddle cable, eh?

Yup! I visited the Rocky Factory during that era and checked out the powder paint booth. It was like visiting a holy shrine.
Seeing that beautiful frame laying unprotected on that rough cement causes me physical discomfort.
