Was given this the other night: 1991 Rocky Mountain cromoly Fusion. Complete OEM everything, including rear U-brake and fenders. I added the City Slickers because the tires were literally rotten.

No shit. That U-brake should so be underneath the chainstays where it's so much more fun to work on.

Tmack please replace that fork.

Those old Bombers are known to shear at the crown/stanchion.

flipfantasia had one break a number of years ago in it wasn't good.

Thanks for the head up, honestly she only rides the thing around Stanley park, super newbie so I'm not too worried. Once she gets better I'll be upgrading the whole bike to a FS bike anyway.

That was innovation, baby! My 92 Brodie had them in the same place. Had. Torched them off and had V-brake bosses welded on.
