man those elastomers must be as hard as rocks by now

on the other hand i worked on a bike about 10 years ago with a girvin that i think had been converted with an aftermarket coil spring. still quite light and remarkably supple

That Proflex appears to be in better condition than the one I found under our patio floor on Savary Island the other day :D

Unfortunately the main pivot is cracked, but there's a few decent parts on it and the Judy XC fork has some bad-ass MountainSpeed Speed Springs installed. Pluuuuush :D The rear shock is currently a bit of a mystery.
