Cooler temps making my eyes water, options?

I went out for a ride this morning and due to the cooler temperatures, my eyes were watering any time I built some speed up and I had to slow right down to see. I've never worn glasses or goggles, so I don't know what would be the best option. When I'm climbing I'm generally a sweaty mess, so I would be just for down, I also attach my chinguard for the downs, so I'd be riding with a fullface. Any recommendations or experiences on the best options?

I've never worn glasses or goggles Mtbing. I'm guessing because I'm in my 50's now, my eyes have changed. If you have any advice on how to prevent my eyes watering with cooler temperatures, I'd love to hear it!

Wear a google, even with your half shell. I wear contact lenses and have trouble with eyes watering when I ride fast. 

I wear a google with clear lenses, problem is GONE.

I wear a pair of these Oakley Jawbreakers riding all year round. The lenses change colour so they work in low light and reasonably bright light as well. Good coverage for dust/mud and they rarely fog up.

I always wear glasses or rx sunglasses and then my eyes started watering  a lot all the time

But...it looks Enduro weird.

I only bike up with a half shell, full-face down. Which one fogs ups the least? Ultimately goggles would be the best, but glasses would be less cumbersome to carry?

So you're already carrying your chin guard anyway. Carrying goggles shouldn't really be a problem, then. Goggles do protect your eyes better. Re: fogging up, IDK about climbing with goggles, since I've never tried, but I've had both goggles and glasses fog up in the worst of conditions (you know it's bad when your lenses fog up while riding down). Usually, when it's that damp, it's not as cold, so no problem for you.

And...all joking aside...I find goggles not much more difficunt to carry than normal glasses. Depends on the type of helmet but you could wrap the goggles around either the helmet or your arm if you do not want to wear them on your ups but just the downs. Not really that much of a hassle.

Do they work with a fullface?

I think I'm leaning towards goggles, any recommendations on which ones? Something that good, but isn't super expensive?
