Nice. But I admit it gives me sticker shock. $4400 assuming one adds a dropper…for a hardtail. Ouch.
So just buy the frame for $800 and do what you want on the build kit.
Looks great.
Silly amount of travel for a hardtail.

yeah i remember when they said a 100mm was way too much travel for a HT , i do remember seeing some old BMW 24" hardtails running Monster "T"s back in the day , same with the 1st Evil twin top tube HT,s

Please elaborate…seems to me like most of the HTs I see on the trails these days are running 150-160mm.
i wonder how it would run on a 26" wheelset…
We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

68 degree head angle (static?), say 71 degrees in use and 74 degrees if you hit something hard.
F**k that.

it's not nearly as unmanageable as you're making it out to be JCL…my samurai f'ing rips
I was about to pull the trigger on a 27.5" Surly Instigator build until I discovered this bike was coming out - my Ferrari Red M/L's pre-booked!

I think the rider might have something to do with it ;)
