Chromag hubs

only available as part of a full wheel build, it looks like you can now buy these as stand alone items. the rear hub is 200 bones and sound dam good. 36 POE and a steel axle. having broken 2 rear axles over the years, i think this is great. the front has a torque cap option and all drivers are offered.  anyone ridden these?

Its $200 until you add a driver, then it is $299. Not exactly bait and switch, but certainly not above board in my opinion. Why not just advertise it as $299? Its not as if you can use a rear hub without a driver....

Same goes for the front hub. $110 but $30 extra for end caps.

As for the hub, I havent used them of seen them. If you are OK with the low engagement, they might be worth a look.

I have wheels with chromag hubs on my hardtail. They seem to be good so far and they sound rad

Similar pricing to Hope Pro 4 and DT 350, which are proven products. But if they achieve a similar level of performance/durability, it’s good to have another option.
