what rims?
i said the same thing until these new ones. i'm hard on rims and these have been bomber. i'm 200 lbs and smashy.

Latest gen LB DH 35mm 26er ~450g

I've had a good run with them on my Nomad though. Long time/no smash. DH bike, not as good, but sometimes get a little, sometimes a lot; just like alloy.

Procore may be the answer for bike park and longevity of carbon rims. Going to give that a shot.

yes, i'm excited for procore. one down-side on these hookless carbon rims is i seem to get more tire punctures, perhaps because the rim is so unforgiving (doesn't dent like alloy or explode like enve's). anyway, going through a lot of rear tires, kind of annoying. maybe procore will help mitigate that a bit.
