The first run of 2010's were notorious for breaking there and they had to redo the lowers. They should warranty them as it was a known manufacturing defect…..but who knows.

in canada, a bike shop. norco is the warranty center and they only go through shops.

Got a receipt?

If so, your local bike shop.

If not, your local bike shop for a deal on a new fork.

Back tire slid sideways on a slightly protruded log as I approached a very small drop at a very slow speed. Bike went sideways, I ejected and landed on my feet running. Picked the bike up and said …. WTF? Why are my bars crooked?? ooooohhhhhh….. that's why!
