Bolt only has a fraction of movement, and is starting to strip out. It is the 2.5mm hex bolt at the bottom of the fork leg. I have the compression rod out of the fork and can't seem to get entry into the rod to remove the bolt. Any suggestions on getting it out? It is a 04 Boxxer Team if it means anything.

try a rubber hammer or put a peice of wood over the bolt and "gently" tap it out. it`s just a little sticky, and should pop out no problem.
