Bikes That Need Resurrecting?

Following on the the heavy bike thread, what bikes are too damn cool to be broken and never seen again? Sure technology has moved on but many bikes these days are so camp looking! Screw hydroforming….big bikes should scare small children and poodles. With this in mind, my vote would be for the Santa Cruz Super 8. There are still plenty of long travel single pivot bikes around and as for brake jack, don't fecking brake :devil:

I think it was 'only' a 44. I bought the bike cheap like that and didn't plan on going slowly on it so just kept it as it was. It was a laugh on high speed descents with big jumps, not so hot on technical climbs :lol:

Can't recall exactly but there was the edge and the DH Race. Oh and we can't forget the Pipeline.

Hardtail wise, I'd say the old Hammer race frames. Boy, those things could take a beating.
