Bikeroom! Yes!

Say the title of the thread in a Marv Albert voice and it makes sense.

I ordered a jersey off them this morning at around 7am. It's now 8:40 and I just got a call from them. They just wanted to let me know that they had XL's as well if I wanted to change up to that and that it would be here Monday. I also screwed up the shipping address so we cleared that up as well.

This is the third time I have dealt with these guys, and I have never once had a problem with them. Today I think they even went above the call of duty.

That's great to hear man. I will always go to my favorite store (On Top) for my purchases but somtimes your LBS doesn't carry what your after. I wanted to try Bikeroom but was skeptical due to their perceived rep. After your testimonial I will give them a shot.

oh holdon i take that back. i've had good experiences with bikeroom, extremely shoddy service from that other online store (cant remember the name), i think they're in canada too

I've had three great experiences with Bikeroom, and one that became a total clusterfuck. However the clusterfuck occured due to circumstances beyond their control, so I don't hold it against them.

Ive oredered form them something from them like 13 times and its been good service everytime, Im not sure why some people have trouble with them
