^yep. that's what most surprised me about this bike. everything else is highly scrutinized / custom configurable, but they chose to completely ignore front / rear balance across all sizes. granted, it's still a (common sense) concept that eludes a surprisingly high percentage of major manufacturers, soooo...

Considering they're built to order I'm baffled by this.  Plan is to offer this option later this year according to Kavenz.  If they had a longer RC option today I'd pull the trigger on a frame kit.  

Now looking at the Meta TR Large; How much room is there between the top and brace?

I want the Large TR but the STL is too long for a horse cock dropper.  So I may shave the Seat tube down 10-20mm if room between the top and brace allows for it 😂🤪

ahhh. you could cut off a solid 1" before the seat clamp runs into the edge of the brace weld. 

at 440mm, it's a pretty stubby seat tube for a large. i've got a oneup 210 on there; haven't checked out it it's fully slammable tho.

On my Med G16 I had to shorten my 9.8 FallLine from 175 > 165 to get the post collar off the post clamp.  This is with 165 cranks already

What about the Pipedream Full Moxie, it's at 420mm seat tube i think. 440mm chainstays and decent reach.  The main negative would be the low stack.

Should be available as well, and looks pretty darn good (in my opinion)!

Or if we're gonna go down the route of recommending the bike that you ride: A Crossworx Dash, should fit most of your requirements, and i'm sure they can cut down that seat tube a bit :)

I've got myself narrowed down to ~6 frames; one of which is a moto trials bike so... I was really after a L Sight A frame, Meta TR, Dreadnaught L, Kavenz, G1 Med.  But these frames/bikes all depend on if DH bikes are available; which it appears they aren't. :( 

I'm honestly toying with the idea of turning the G16 into an über-Enduro bike: 180mm dual crown fork, 175mm rear, mullet ¯\(ツ)/¯, dropper.  It's pretty much there, just need to add a fork and 275 wheel. Again, dual crown forks are a real difficult item to source currently.

G16 as a super-enduro works!

Over here in Europe the Formula Nero is available, so maybe that is an option. Also, the MRP Bartlett is made to order, maybe that is a possibility?

Not sure if it was in this thread or not that Shimano mineral oil was being discussed/hard to find. Bicicletta in Vancouver has the 1L jugs available again if anyone is on the hunt. Not cheap ($42), but should last you a few years.

After riding the Madonna

Another big thing the Madonna has going for it that I think is sometimes overlooked is that it has a realistic stack height relative to its reach. In terms of having a ready position that feels natural and feeling like you not just a passenger on a stretch limo of a bike, I think that plays a huge part as well. 

'm so tired of bikes with a 475mm reach and like 620-630 stack. Useless without 20mm of spacers and 40mm risers, minimum.

Absolutely! That is a standout trait I love with this bike. No tall spacer stack necessary, which shortens reach…

So, the next Enduro dual crown creeps closer to market. Is this the one that will force the big kids to join in?

^ that looks really good. given the available benefits, at a similar weight (to the fat single crowns), it seems an inevitable next step development.  esp given how hard the ews guys are pushing these days.
