I know, I know. Don't do it. Too late because I have the bike and the cranks and I want to keep both.
The original RF BB that was in there was roached and I resurrected it for now with a bunch of grease but the dust covers on the inside are destroyed so it's likely not long for this earth.
BB infinite won't make one. Chris King doesn't. Wheels Manufacturing supposedly does but it's not on their website.

I think you will be just as happy with the Praxis or Wheelsmfg BB at a much reduced price to what the CK offering would be if they made one. Im a CK fan too, but wouldn't hesitate to get one of these two BB's if I needed it.
The Hope Stainless and Ceramic threaded BBs in my bikes have worked as a bb should over their lifespan.
