I'm running the Pacenti DL31's … super easy to setup tubeless, wider than the Stans, and he uses stainless eyelets. I've been super happy with them.

I have one on the rear end of my Wilson. A year later it's still running running straight and dent free.

I would strongly suggest carbon hoops of any sort, even Chinese. No more dents, no more flat spots, no more headache… it's one of those very important things you will NEVER worry about ever again. Smash any rock garden at full tilt, no problem.

Cracked one myself (fortunately, they are repairable, but it wasn't a super cheap thing to do).

It would be nice to try aluminum vs. carbon rims back to back on the same bike. I like my carbon rims fine but I do wonder if the aluminum rims would feel better. Carbon rims are stiffer for sure, but does that stiffness really translate into feeling/performing better?

I had a Flow EX on the rear for two days in the park. No way would it last longer than five for me. Replaced with DT Swiss 570's. Now those suckers a bomb-proof.

Have flows on my trailbike for 2+ years and they've stayed in great shape. Got a little cocky and also set some up for the DH bike; front it still good more than a year later but the rear exploded within 6 months of 200+ lbs monster trucking. Replaced with a 729 and haven't looked back except for the extra 1/2 lb or so.

Any thoughts on the Easton ARC30's?

Update: I ended up going with the Sun Ringle Helix 27. The wheels should be built up by next weekend.
