Anyone know of any issues fitting this fork onto an a 02 Banshee? I thought I hear of issues with the crown hitting the downtube but I maybe mistaken. Also what is the max tire size on that fork? I currently run an Arrow 2.7 on a Double Track hoop.

I could see a problem with the drop crown not being able to clear the massive head tube. not sure though

on my o3 slider there is a problem with the drop crowns hitting the down tube and making for a poor turning radius. I run a mich. 2.8 on a 521 rim with little, but enough room to spare.

me fail english… that's unpossible.

A 5mm spacer between the headset and the top crown usually allows enough room for turning. The crown will pass over the top tube with a small amount of space.

BTW, if the frame is a small or medium you should be good to go. If it is a large you may have to be careful with headset stack height.

drifting…yet again…
