I run a 02 4x4 and I love the little fucker… the rear end can't fit anything over a 2.4 really, maybe a 2.5, but it'd be really tight, I've heard of the Chain stays on the 02's being weaker, but apparently Norco's really good about replacing them. Anyone know if you can fit bigger tires on a 03/04 model? All around, it's a sweet bike, it's not a big hucker, but it really flies in the tight stuff…just make sure to get a telescopic post, cause they're really low bikes and without one, it can be a pain to pedal long distances…

i think you can fit a 24 x 2.75" in the back of mine, but only like a 26 x 2.35

yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking, a narrower 2.4 maybe, but the 2.35's are about all it can really take…Da you've got an 02 right? Man I love my 4by :D

why I think it's rather sexy.

But the guy mentioned that the fork is pretty short and he's running a 26/24 setup! But I still don't think the bike is too slack. Compare the vertical displacement between the seat and teh stem.

The 04 4by went to 26/26 and is running a 2.5 BG/Nevegal combo.

During the Middle Ages, probably one of the biggest mistakes was not putting on your armor because you were 'just going down to the corner'.

They're all 26/26 aren't they :???: so the 04 can fit a 2.5 all around…dammit, I need the 04 rear-end now, hell a black back on the 02 front-end would look sweet.

Agreed, part of the fun of these bikes is being so low and stable…
