A vote for DT EX471 rims. I just finished building up a set and the quality of them is excellent. They built up really nicely, look great, set up tubeless very easily and come with Squorx nipples (makes building easier with the DT Squorx tool and leaves the outside portion of the nipple looking good until trued with a standard spoke wrench).
27.5 Rims - Help me decide
Been riding mine for 2 years and they run great. I do ride them for racing and xc only (does nimby count?) but I ride them fairly hard. I'm 155 lbs and fairly smooth rider tho. How heavy are you?
i'm about the same weight. i'm wouldn't say i'm a smooth rider, but neither am i particularly aggressive.
i rode them for everything: xc days, drops, slabs, whatever. i went in thinking if i got a good year out of them i'd be happy; what i didn't anticipate or appreciate was feeling like i had to baby them and do regular maintenance. i'm happy to take the weight penalty for the confidence, stiffness and reliability boost that beefier rims provide

Hard to beat the Flow EX rims for price, weight, and performance. Stan's still has one of the best tubeless fits.

nice and wide reasonable weight that you can build a 32h wheel set under 1800grams cost is good too.

You make some very good points. I am very happy with my 2 sets of 26" Flows.
Spec wise the WTB are VERY close .5mm narrower bead width and 5g lighter per rim.
If I go this route, it might come down to availability at my LBS

SPANK OOZY rims i run their 26" and they are a nice rim i have around 400km of riding the Valley mountains . i got them thru Troy at MRC he built them as well using alloy nipples and butted spokes .

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.
This guy is awesome. Friend of mine has bought a few sets off of him now. He even smashed one rim and the crash replace was inexpensive, dude even rebuilt the wheel for him for free. 1 day turnaround, local etc. I'll be buying my next set off this guy.
x2 on NOBL. Trevor was great to work with. I built up the 35mm 27.5 on DT 350s with DT comps and they came out beautifully. They have taken quite a beating and are holding up great.
Sidenote - You can get the same rim for less money from Light Bicycle, but you'll likely have to wait quite a bit longer to get them and I'm betting Trevor will take good care of me if I smoke one.
I have Arch EX. No complaints. I can sometimes bash them fairly hard and take some questionable lines, but they've held up. Haven't had to true them yet either. I built them with anti-seize too.

No experience on these but after finding out about them from DrewM's build (his are 29'rs) they look interesting.

is that the same Trevor who is Dr Bike on PB? If so, he used to sell the Light Bicycle rims for 240 or so. Sounds like you'd get a good build, after sales support, and a great price.
