Anyone riding one of these yet? Any feedback?
There's a surprising lack of commentary on the interweb aside from the photos and a few short test ride reports from last fall before they started selling - I'm hoping, that the almighty forces of NSMB can provide some honest opinions on this bike.

I have the 2014, its great, 2016 is a bit longer and stiffer I think.
One ride on mine. So far so good. Super stiff and pretty light as far as I am concerned. Pedals great and is way plusher than I'm used to on a trail bike.
The build on the RR is pretty epic too.
I hope they make a 29er version of this bike.

Yes. But substantially cheaper than a Santa Cruz / specialized / pivot etc… And I like the ride better than than the Bronson / spec
with the new geo this bike looks positively stunning. i'll hit me some Devinci demo if one ever comes around.
For just less than the price of a Santa Cruz Nomad frame, I was able to pick up a Devinci Spartan carbon frame, Saint brakes, and a Fox 36 170mm fork. Such good value! And honestly, I like the way it rides better than the Nomad anyway.

Oh man the Spartan RIPS! At 30.15 lbs, it's not as light as a SC but I feel like on technical climbs it's actually better with its shorter top tube as the front isn't always wandering off on you. Some reviewers mentioned clipping their pedals due to the low bottom bracket height. I always ride the bike in the slack setting and haven't had any issues with clipping pedals. For me the bike is just right with a 170mm fork and the geometry in the slack setting. I wanted it to be a bit more freeride oriented, but I've killed all my times both up and down the mountain. The rear suspension feels very lively and accelerates like crazy out of corners, when you pump it, and when you land a jump/drop. I found that I had to decrease the compression damping on the shock slightly from the manufacturer recommended settings to really make it come alive.

Devinci Atlas 29er.. So up from 115mm travel to 140 but down in wheel size.
The Troy is waaaay stiffer and has a better ST angle than the Atlas (it had a 140mm fork) also a lot lighter. Jury is out on the climbing side of things. Seat angle is noticeable as is the weight but the smaller wheels aren't quite as good on the ups.
Troy has boatloads of traction but I need to work on setup on the fork / shock to dial in the really rough stuff.
