So chances are good that Keith (sheffy) has convinced me enough to buy an '07 Bighit III.
Does anyone have any rides on one of these rigs? How do they handle…. any comparison to an '04 A-line:P?
Looks like it could be my new silverstar rig!

Its got your name on it Richter:clap: Time to retire your A-Line,,,youve put it through its paces…lol
I've got a few of my friends on the bike. Best bang for the buck for big bikes…. can't go wrong, its a Specialized.
:canada:
Why retire the ALine?
Why retire the ALine?
because its a norco.
Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.
they also call me "balloon"
because its a norco.

its a killer value freeride rig
a little clumsier than the old 26"/24" Big Hits, but a super tough frame, awesome suspension system and a good selection of parts
all i'd upgrade is the crappy handlebar (Specialized can't seem to make a good shape bar) to an Easton EA-50 31.8mm or similar, and perhaps change the tires to something with proper grip and a bit more volume, apart from that its a great bike
Mythic / Da Kine / Esher Shore / Freeborn

I've had my fun on it. It's a Large and it seems to sit a bit too high for me.
Time to move on:P

Jay….I think they have amped up the handling getting rid of that 24 on the rear…..and the Chunders are pretty comparable to the Nevegals…( came on my 07 demo)..i would just change them to 2.5s instead of the 2.3s they come with…:woot:
