DAMN .. nicely done buddy. Sweet choice on tires, rims, brakes are sick. How's the fork? We have three V10s here, all with different inverted forks. Why the floater boys? I rode a buddies, and I honestly could barely feel the difference!

Sweet rides. What bike is that in the backround. And how is the dorado, do you find it flexes at all or, I got a 2003, but I love it so much with the custom internals.

The bike in the background is one of the funnest bikes I've ever ridden. Its an '03 Giant VT2 with an '01 Xvert Carbon. The bike has 7" front and 6" rear travel and is sub 30lb! Its a sick little ride.

The dorado is awesome, its nice and stiff and buttery smooth. I've had a few problems with it, but all in all feels amazing. Works super well on the V10, I like the geometry. The bar height and seat height are super low, feels like you're really at one with the bike while riding.

Ohh, all this talk about the V10 brings back good memories I had with mine. Here's mine…

Anyway, you can definitely run a slider+ on the new V10 michi man. Just one word of caution about the slider+, they are not very good on high speed small bumps. I heard they have fixed this problem in 05 with the new SPV evolve but I dont have a hands on experience on the new one yet. I will send in my breakout+ for warranty pretty soon and I'll let you know if they actually improve the SPV on the 05.

Honestly I'd go with the new Stance KingPin. Its TPC+ dampening, looks slick, and is cheap. I haven't ridden any SPV forks that felt good, buts that just my opinion.

Poser did you sell your V10?

We've got the '05 V10 at Steed in Ano black. Pretty tight bike. Looks refined over the old one, and smaller than I thought. Noticably lighter too.
