First ever post

Looking for some steps to remove the cartridge bearings from a 20mm formula hub. How do I remove the "metal caps" on the ends. There is not enough room to pry them out. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

I posted a thread on this exact question,

use the 20mm axle itself to pry the metal caps off (should come off very easily) my rotor was pinching the other one in, so u might have to remove your rotor as a did.

then take a pipe/screwdriver/whatever to tap the bearings out.

I used a socket and mallet to install the new ones.

If you need some more info, try going to the search button at the top of the page.
type in "play in qr20" or something like that.

EDIT I found it for you
