ROW on the IWMB

Now that the east sidewalk is closed for the forseeable future, it is even more important that riders follow the posted right-of-way protocol (riders going with the direction of traffic have right-of-way and riders going the other way must stop). Most people I meet on the bridge understand this and things usually work pretty smoothly. Once in a while I run into a rider (sometimes literally) who either doesn't understand the protocol or else just wants to play a game of chicken.
