I can carry a 2-4!

The tires are 26x1.5 Specialized Nimbus Armadillo's.

Sweet. I am thinking of getting a rigid chromo fork for my old mtb and some slicks/semi slicks. Just getting ideas right now.

I will probably get a Surly Troll fork. I've never installed a star nut or cut a steer tube before though. Should I woMan up and do it myself or get it done at an LBS?

Edit: upon further review it appears I should be able to do this myself. Sincerely, the Man.

Wrong. Always.

Just picked this up for the bar bike project.
Thinking low rise BMX bars, Slicks, possibly put a rigid fork on.
Going to strip it down and give it a krylon paint job. Suggestions for colour?
The brakes and drivetrain are in great shape.

Is much as I hate to, a kickstand so the growler on the back doesn't become compromised

I have a Surly 1x1 on mine. Star nuts are easy.

The only paint I've ever sprayed, that was remotely durable, was Tremclad BBQ black.

heck of a commute last week on the new whip. Anyroad Comax - I climbed up the gravel path from Seymour River up to Richard Juryn, just walking the very steepest switchbacks and up the stairs from the river.

For good? You will be missed. Or maybe not. Don't really know you. Seen you around town but that's about it.
