So, several hundred k on the all-Chinese fat bike that I got from a distributer in Fort Erie.
He was selling off the 2015 stuff he had left. I was looking for a reasonably priced alloy fat bike.

upgrades

First off, downtown, the daily unsolicited comments from passers-by - LOL !
White haired old lady with her head poking out of the back window of a cab (exclaiming) . . .
"Those ! Tires! are So ! FAT ! "

Buddy with the mullet and a tall boy at Bay and Wellington with a group of friends . . .
" That's. Fucking. Sick "

It's always about the tires
The super light Vee Rubber Speedsters are the find of the year as far as I'm concerned (3.5" tires stretched slightly over 4" rims)

On a side note.
Here's how I envision myself slaying the city streets . . .

In reality, this is how most people see me [HTML_REMOVED]

i approve of this thread.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

^^^ Ha !
You've got me confused with someone who rides with a shirt on.

Those guys are in late model 911's/Bentley coupes/Maserati roadsters and front engined Ferraris.

Your name B.O.B. reminds me of an old joke I kind of enjoy.

So, BB King's wife really loves her man. So much so that she gets his name tattooed on her butt. More specifically a B on each cheek. It's a birthday present for him and she thinks he's going to love it. So BB comes home from doing some gigs at the locals blues joints and she says, "BB, you're gonna love this. I got you a present." And then she drops trow, bends over and shows him the artwork. BB is silent for a bit. She goes "you like it, Hon?" BB goes, "damn it's fine. But who the hell is BoB?"

Wrong. Always.

oooo ! And I thought they couldn't improve on their Speedsters.

Vee Rubber Fatty Slicks (4.5") Weighing the same as the 3.5" Speedsters.
Probably a bit slippery in the wet though.

he he he . . . had to google to find out what you're talking about.
I thought it was Cypress Mountain.
Although my family lives in BC, I've only ridden Vedder/Sunshine Coast and Whistler.
If they put out a 24" version (that would fit a 24" On-One fatty) I think it would be perfect for our local jump parks.
