Can anyone recommend somewhere to stay in Sun Peaks? Have rented houses with garages previously so we have secure storage for the bikes.
Not much availability at reasonable prices this year.

Needs to sleep 4 guys so no double beds!!!! :)

I've used the Delta in the past - good, tidy, good pricing and buddy at reception was too busy on the Porntubez to worry much about what we were doing

For all you guys looking at the trail report and the trail map on the Sun Peaks website. They have re-named sections of trails, there are no "new" trails as it appears. Marketing at its best.

Conditions over the weekend were pretty dang wet and sloppy Saturday, and nearing hero conditions Sunday and Monday.

I rode Insanity One on Sunday morning; it was good except for the retarded steep bridge which is sketchy even when its dry.

Monday morning was hero dirt except for a few wet spots.

This was Sunday afternoon on DH.

That race on the 14,15 should be interesting Dh into Arm pump.
I was getting good fore arm pump from Honey drop,Keener and Love that Route 66,finally manned up for the flow zone first time i hit the right line i went too deep on first booter and kakacked the second .That will never happen again those are butter.
Seen Silva up there filming ace hayden two days ago guess they left for air apprentice.

Are they running the race on DH/Arm Pump? I thought they used Insanity One for the course in the past.

All i can say is DO NOT go to the Heffley Inn. Most bike-unfriendly place I have ever come across. I'm gonna start a new thread cuz I'm so pissed about the shitshow last weekend.

The walk in off the street price on weekends for most the hotels in Sun Peaks seems to be $89. I usually just stay at the Coast Sundance Lodge because its right beside the chair lift.

That steep bridge on Insanity bridge still freaks me out, it was really went and muddy when I was there so I didn't ride it. Getting around it is no easy task though.

I booked in at the Cahilty Lodge as i noticed they gave a deal with the BroCard, which made them the cheapest accommodation I could find.

After riding we made sure the bikes were nice and clean and took them up to our room. there was plenty of space to store them and I didn't get any complaints!
