Wowser, in roughly two weeks we are going to head up to the north of Sweden where we spend our honeymoon - in Are, Sweden. The place where Shaun Palmer nearly won the rainbow stripes back in the days.

We got a super cheap deal on the ferry from Tchermany to Goteborg and a nice and cosy cottage in the countryside…with a lake and mountains as the backdrop.

It is the first big trip with our little one, and I am allowed to go riding the bike park a couple of times. ;)

Sooooo excited.

Has anyone of you guys and gals ever been there apart from Romaniac, Hoots and Darcy T.?

Apparently I suck at embedding from foreign websites…anyways, the code you are seeing below is from the last Maxivalanche run down the mountain.

This is a run from some British guy down a Whistler-esque trail down Areskutan. Looks like fun. :D

Looks fun. I say do it. Just watch out for the guys in blue standing in the middle of the run.

is going big on a bike the only way to get you stoked on the sport? what happened to riding with your bros, travelling, and riding unique places, to get people stoked on riding?

fines are useless. there needs to be more punches to the throat.
