there are, but given the context of how much snow and melt there is out there, it could be a lot worse, and they are patching stuff as needed. Just a heads up though to be aware that you may encounter things and should keep your head up and eyes open lest ye be caught out by something! not that one shouldn't always keep their head up, eyes open……also, it's raining again….
