This is pretty much my experience. I don't visit the main page, I go to the BB and click the new posts button. That's how I follow up on what's going on.

For those of you who say you don't visit the front page, do you click the links in Article Discussion threads to read our articles?

Yes, but I do visit the front page now and then…not every post is put up in the article discussion board.

Putting a post on the bb was the only way we could have comments below the posts for the past while (when we did have syndicated comments, most of 2012), so I'm not sure what articles were not posted. Occasionally I would link to a different bb thread, but the vast majority were in Article Discussion.

I was wondering why it was so quiet in this forum and figured maybe it was a slow news week…apparently my old habits die hard and there's all kinds of stuff on the front page….

Fortunately we've extended the front page to hold more articles, so you can see more of the good stuff for longer.

I'm probably going to move all these posts discussing formatting to the sticky thread. Thanks all.
