Are there trails in Green River for riders who aren't looking to shoot vid/photos or is it just for the huckstars?

I love it! Maybe I'm getting old but I really like an inside look at what goes into exploratory trips like this. Straight up bike porn is good for a few minutes but then it gets hard for me to keep watching unless it's done exceptionally well. Seasons comes to mind but that's a pretty tough act to follow.

It wasn't Seasons I was thinking of actually although that was good too. I'm thinking of a movie that came out this last year and I can't remember the name of it but it was amazing. It had the most beautiful shots of mountain biking I have ever seen.

The majority of the actual trails there are Single track or rocky XC, Great for the 29er :p and its only an hours drive from the busy rocks of Moab.

Meh. There was what? about 40 feet of riding? SL's quote at the end "now THAT is mountain biking" … Ironic.
Hunter's flat affect is obnoxious as well. Seems the word "fun" has replaced "stoooooked" from year's past.

i liked it as it documents well the effort that it can take to pull off a shot like that.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

I think there is a new POD on Pinkbike that needs commenting on…go there instead.

I can appreciate the effort to get these shots.. but I don't call this mountain biking… a few days of scouting for a few seconds of riding? No thanks.

That's almost the point of the vid to me. A week of exploration going into about 40 seconds of riding shots.
Giving you a background of all the time and effort that goes into setting this sort of thing up.
I love the "uncharted waters" concept.

they say right in the video that they were focussed on quality banger shots. they weren't going for quantity.

you not supposed to have the same conclusions as me. how the hell are we gonna fight on the interwebs if we start agreeeing on stuff?
