James Oborne and Dylan Schuetze made a point of getting around on their bikes this summer.
**[Let's start with Oregon.

Nice! Did a very similar trip this summer to Bend and Black Rock. Both places are amazing! Bring all mountain/x country bikes to Bend, though, as there are some epic AM loops.
I've driven through oregon many times on my way to cali, bu never actually explored the riding there. Black rock looks awesome! thanks for the story
I ride bikes for nsmb.com, chromag, dissent labs, and I like to have fun! http://instagram.com/markymath
Nice footage. Although, if you're going to poach trails knowingly, it's probably not a good idea to advertise it, especially when access to those trails is tenuous at best right now. That said, shred on!!

I wish people would stop whining about braking bumps, they happen and thats why there is full suspension, man up ya posers…
sliding downhill is like sex or pizza …even the bad stuff is pretty good
Agreed, I live in Portland and the trails out towards Scappoose are the only trails within an hour drive…please respect the closure so we can continue to ride there!
Sweet video guys, we love the write up and the stoke. Many of us on the BRMBA build crew talked and we have a tentative situation with our neighbors. Camping at Scorpion grove is well marked for no trespassing and could further cause strife if people continue to camp there. We really wish we had options for camping in the area, but unfortunately, we do not. Hopefully, this will change in the near future, but there are some options if you are willing to drive about 40 minutes. We are updating our website currently and will be listing various options. Thanks. -Eric E. Grannies Kitchen Manager, Blackrock Mountain Bike Association
Nice, just moved from Portland to CA Central Coast, and I sure miss being just 50mins from Post Canyon….there's something there for everyone!
