Really? I'd rather ride it. (It IS highly technical, tho). I'll never ever be able to ride the stuff at Rampage, so that's just pure entertainment.
I'm humbled!
The Fest Series has an account on vimeo…..unreal. If you like the edit from Hillbilly Huckfest from the front page check out their vimeo account - the jumps from belgium's Loosefest were huge.

^Yes, absolutely stunning….a goddamn travesty that it isn't being filmed. Highlight clips are better than nothing…but come on pretty please…it's 2014…throw a camera on a tripod for an hr or two even

To be honest, I am kinda "split" about this.
On the one hand it is definitely one thing to watch properly, like….proper angles, perspectives, shots and the whole shizzle.
On the other hand - it really seems like a sort of 21ct. "Underground" thing, kind of like "hey, let us all build super sick and super huge jumps in our areas at home, and we travel around, meet each other, hang out at our friends' places, drink beer, check out the birds and just have an awfully good time without all that corporate stressing out we all get at the rampage and Joyride, you know."
I remember a similar festival in Hafjell, Anti Days of Thunder where it was all about just riding, err, sending it.
The stupid/good thing (not really able to decide) about mountainbiking/freeriding/enduro/whateveryouwanttocallit is that as soon as it is taking sort of off, you automatically get all the attention and hype from the media, as we all know.
Sure, the Fest Series is in the end another way of promoting a lifestyle and a certain product….still, it just looks like a Sender's backyard jam session.

Great 2nd video? What are the names of those trails on the Sunshine Coast?

Maybe you need to ride more to find out?

It's not bike related, but it's unrideable related:
Pretty insane stuff…
Ride, don't slide.
