Meh…. Machined aluminum is machined aluminum. That said though the xy seat post was the best

^^^funny of all the RF components I've had, that was the only one that broke and needed to be warrantied.

Sad to see a quality company hit the skids, but there's a lot of value in the Race Face name. Let's hope for a quick reincarnation.

this is a sad day… my thoughts go out to all employees and thanks for all the awesome parts in the past guys…

hope my SixC bars will last me a life time, otherwise I'll have to switch to Chromag alu bars I guess, or maybe Chromag will make carbon bars by then…

Is there something different about race face being sold in mec as opposed to shimano, maxxis, and many other brands that can be found there? Was it something about the particular deal that was involved or what? Why the discrepancy?

I'm curious, do tell…

When you hear about them (and other co's) choosing not to sell to bike shop A because bike shop B has told them not to, you realize that they are setting out a path of self destruction. Of course there other factors at play I'm sure, but turning away the chance to sell more product by opening more accounts is just bad business in my opinion. Its different if you're talking about bikes, but bike parts? Com'on.
