One club becomes another.
NS Ride - a new club on the Shore
I know the pedals and pints crew has been coming to the SSC for awhile now. Any chance they might start dropping off some nails or anything?
NSRIDE is still at the planning stage and we will be discussing in what way we can support the trails we ride. We will keep everyone informed through our website. Thanks.
sounds good.
sweet,I know whenever you guys come over usually a grouphits janets-dna cunning, always see them. this year they were clogging up my jumps pretty good. hahahah just kidding. def welcome. just putting it out there that the local ssc trailbuilders are stoked to hear from groups planning trips our way.
FYI … If I click on the picture at the top (the thumbnail of the NSRide home page) it links to Steed Cycles' web site.
Kn.
When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity.
When many people suffer from a delusion, it is called religion.
I personally love riding SSC. You guys have the great network of trails. We'll be making the trip there for sure in the summer. :rocker:
So whats the dirt on dumping JH .
I noticed there was a change in the article ommiting all refrences to pedals and pints.
From the other thread……..
"In October, Willie informed the Pedals and Pints Ride Leaders that John Henry Bikes would step aside and let the club develop on its own. As a result, the Ride Coordinators and Ride Leaders teamed up to make sure the club would not end. There was so much support to keep the club going that the Ride Coordinators formed a non-profit society called North Shore Riding Society in November."
Looks like JH pulled the plug.
