Is the 2013 Specialized S-Works Demo not on the menu for you? Maybe the S-Works Enduro will hit the spot.

Peep the carbon beauty here.

that 2013 Stumpy in black and green is tastefully done..

grats on not letting TLD near it..

im not a fan of black, but that color combo works quite well with the swoopy lines of the alloy tubing.

still think spec. bikes look better in alloy then Carbon.

guess i'll always be an ol school cranky ol timer in that regard, hahaah

Where are people riding that requires a 42 tooth rear cog? Might as well run 2 x 10. Bikes keep getting lighter and stronger and yet we are marketed more gears. Planed obsolescence is not always a benefit.

Less gears and weight with 1x11 than 2x10. Put a 36 up front and you got something great for the Shore.

I have no idea when I'd use it, but I love that Stumpy EVO HT.

There's nothing better than an Orangina after cheating death with Digger.

1x11=11, 2x9=18. That's progress? Heaven forbid you break a nail having to shift a front derailleur-and when did it become a problem? The bikes from Specialized always seem to be among the best though. Yeah, I've been building my own bikes for about 22 years and it's great to get exactly what you want.

Mmmm I really want that Enduro!

I wonder if anyone will hold off buying the really high-end bikes like that for another year to see if the big Spec. picks up the 650b standard for 2014. It's a lot of cash to throw down only to feel a few months later like it's 'obsolete'. I know that's a silly reaction but that's what it would feel like to some.

Been super impressed with my carbon stumpy this year. The massive bb area keeps things very solid and I'm not a small guy.

Just cause they introduce it doesn't mean you HAVE to buy it. And am sure they will introduce it
I love my 2011 Enduro. Best bike ever!
It will be beyond dead when I HAVE to replace it
I like the 26 thing. The 29 has definite pros as I am sure the 650 will as well.
It is all about options though. There are more sizes than you can shake a stick at now.
It is all good
Buy the one that fits the best and enjoy it
