10 Days on Fromme. In a Row.

I recently moved to Lynn Valley to get closer to the forest I've found myself spending more and more time in. A side benefit of living on the edge of the woods is a pedal commute to my favourite trails. So I did it 10 days in a row.

Stoked we got out for 2 of those days! Saturday (I think that was your Day 6 or something) was an unreal trail ride. Get a 650b though. seriously.

So nice to be able to ride from home and hit trails and finish back at your house.

10 days is a good stretch, but it's no world record. What's your longest streak on the bike?

A couple years back I did 30 rides in 30 days. Simple little commutes didn't count, bare minimum was a single shuttle lap. Great thing about doing rides back to back to back is one you've ridden your go to stuff you start wanting to explore the other random trails you don't ride as often.

Paging Summers…isn't he up to about 150 days in a row now?

i'll vouch for denver's awesome trail skills and etiquette. its the to-and-from-the-trails part of his repertoire that needs a little work

Nice one, Morgan. Glad to know that while I was getting punished by grappa and cheese, you were punching your hardman ticket on Fromme.

I just bought myself one of these frames for the same purpose. Would you stick with 32/19?

Odd. I would have figured that shuttles don't count. I am pretty sure that I have done 60 in a row. When I lived in Toronto (if you could call that living) I rode pretty much daily to work and back often via trails on the way back and raced most weekends. But I never kept track.

It's good to set goals like that though. Keeps you moving.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

Nice. Love the pics.

Holy freak! I thought Expresso Smooth was rock solid, literally. It's not!!! The top left corner left corner shifts back when there's weight on it! :damn:

BTW - Good roll, Morgan.
