I know this woman, Andrew. She always hikes in a group, with poles (weapons,
if you will) and you can understand that she would feel threatened after
recent events. Most bikers don't expect to be hit and are not ready for
confrontation. Rest assured, as I posted earlier, I know whom she is, not by
name, and encounter her almost every day I ride. Maybe today will be different
(I am preparing to ride as I write this). I am taking my phone for obvious
reasons.
