Blue loctite shouldn't be a 'risky' move as sixfour says and you shouldn't need to heat them up to remove; red is the "heat to remove" colour. Blue just helps stop things from spinning but has no or negligible binding effect. I'd imagine heating up your brake bolts on your car would help remove them regardless of whether you had blue threadlocker on them or not.
