How's the fit on the NW Kingrock Plus GTX or NW in general? I like a moderately roomy toebox and shoes that fit me are 5.10 FR Pros (10.5), ME7 (45 wide), GE900 (44), GF800GTX (44), Fox Union (44) and Specialized 2FO cliplites (44.5).
