Because of herniated discs I had to go to physiotherapy quite often, they showed which exercise to do when and which exercises are really bad (or at least when done wrong).  E.g. that stretch of the back of the leg that you can see often people doing on a railing or similar hip high object - very bad, because the lower back is not controlled while stretching the leg. Better do the "Downward Dog" etc..
