Getting better when old is the same as when young for your body. For your mind, it is different. At 65 now I just hate things that I did too often (and have a memory about that) and that I have to do too often, so it is all about to learn some kind of meditative technique to do enough exercise. Be it core strength yoga every morning or doing multiple laps on a jumpline. This was different when I was 12, I could ride my bike in circles all day long.
