Do you work in criminal law or policing? If you do, perhaps rather than
focussing entirely on what acts technically fulfill the minimum requirements
of a particular charge you could give some insight into how likely something
like this would actually proceed to charges being laid. That seems more
worthwhile to me. What little common sense I have leads me to think that this
is really just a storm in tea cup and that the cops would roll their eyes at
this sort of thing.
Of course the big question is, would your 90 year old grandma be able to push
Bruce Lee over if he was straddling a bike?
