Mountain bikers STILL break laws and build "rogue" trails. More over, how many
mountain bikers who use multiuser trails can actually say who yields to who on
the trail (here's a hint, mountain bikers are at the bottom of the list) and
because of this, have confrontations with other users when mountain bikers are
in the wrong, if not legally so.
