I still like the suggestion that someone else made some time ago: (if found
guilty) the punishment should fit the crime: community service maintaining
trails with Digger. Maybe TAP adoption of Skull or Quarry? Required to take
part in the builder's academy program? mandatory TAP attendance for a few
events? The possibilities are endless. We will make them a part of our
community if it kills us!
