This may be the most appropriate time to use the phrase "Better late than never." Last year I acquired a (G2) alloy 153, dropped a Charger 3 damper into the Lyrik and bolted up some carbon Crank Bros wheels. I loved the heck out of it, so damn playful and responsive! However I found I was out-riding the front end of the bike. Looking back it might be because I've been on carbon frames for so long. In any event, I sold it to a local kid thinking I'd soon get my hands on the carbon G3 version, which I assume will be more stout. As the Kent Outdoors ownership saga spiraled out of control, it looked like I'd never get to swing a leg over a G3. But that fear has been dashed! Long live Kona!
