I have very high arches an have been working on my foot/ankle/hip mobility for a number of years now. it’s a slow process I am able to relax my feet in my ski ( snowboard) boots and use my toes and ankles more efficiently in my turns. it also helps on the bike, keeping my heals down and shifting weight on my pedals. It’s subtle noticeable. I really need to ride flat pedals.
