#!markdown Passing on the right at an intersection when the car is clearly turning right however is a big problem. That's at the light or stop sign. (Particularly downtown) I recommend that cyclists who do this "rethink" their strategy. Yes I am a driver, a mountain biker, a pedestrian and probably an asshole so I think my point has some merit.
