I found my GF, then taught her to mtb 6 years later. She's been at it for 2
years now, completely understands that I need my solo time, time riding with
buds, as well as our BF/GF rides. All about the balance. And yes, bike-cations
are now always the best holiday option in my household.
The one thing that rings true is the "double the bikes to find space for". I
think the key is finding your mate for reasons other than mountain biking,
then take it from there.
